A visual board for your Google Tasks
Google Tasks is everywhere: Gmail's sidebar, Google Calendar, a widget on your phone. But its interface is a plain list, and there's no real desktop experience. SceneTasks gives those same tasks a second life as a visual canvas, without asking you to move.
Two-way, and genuinely two-way
Link your Google account and choose which lists to sync. Every task in those lists becomes a bubble; every bubble you make for Google is created there too. Complete a task on either side and both stay in step. Edit a title in Gmail's sidebar and the bubble renames itself within minutes; pop the bubble here and the task completes in Google.
- Choose your lists: sync everything or just the lists you pick.
- Deletions behave: delete a task in Google and the bubble quietly retires. Complete a repeating task here and the series continues cleanly.
- Conflict-safe: if both sides changed the same task while you were offline, the newer edit wins and the other version is kept for you to review, never silently destroyed.
- Leave anytime: unlink and choose whether the imported tasks stay as normal local bubbles or go. Your Google data handling is documented in plain language.
What the canvas adds on top
Priority sizing, deadline pull, decay for the stuff you keep skipping, repeats with weekday patterns, a board and list view of the same tasks, focus timer, reminders, and AI planning when you ask for it. Google Tasks stays your system of record; SceneTasks becomes the place it's actually pleasant to look at.
Also speaks Microsoft
The same two-way sync works with Microsoft To Do, including flagged Outlook emails floating in as bubbles. Both connections are part of the Pro plan; here's pricing.
